Happy Mothers Day!

Scott Dunsmor and Mom!
Today we celebrate the best of what life is all about. Your Mother, Mum, Moeder, Mutter, Mamma, Mom! The lady that gave you life, and put up with your crap, and still no matter what, loves you. They literally put you first in every way. And today, is a special day for sure, because all around the globe we all are thinking of one thing. Mom!

Little Chris Bullen and Mom!
If you are lucky enough to still have your mother around, give her the boat ride she loves, go over and hug her, you are a lucky person to have her still in your life. If you are like me and your mother is gone, got a mother in law? Trust me, she cares for your sorry ass, despite all the Mother in law jokes out there.

The Boatress and her Mother Betty.
She has to watch you spend all your money on boat parts instead of her daughter, and if you are the Mom reading this, your mother in law, has to watch you waste your life away with that MAN, that spends all his money on boat parts. Either way, you shouldn’t be reading this now. PUT THE INTERNET DOWN, there is nothing on ebay today that cant wait. Oh, wait, except THIS COOL PICNIC BASKET ON EBAY

If your are caught on ebay, just tell her its for all those wonderful picnics you are going to take your mother in law on!
Hopefully Mom is with all those Lymans that preceeded her. Miss her the most on The RIVER. Thanks for getting us there.
Tha picnic basket is offered by legendary Woody Boaters Marcia and Lowell Arnold. Previously from Minnetonka currently in the Lake Dora area. Support the retired woody boaters.
Wasn’t that hat the one on a beautiful red and white?
They had a really nice one.
I have a few very fond memories of Dads T&T lapstrake in the header, although it was traded for a fiberglass Slickcraft when I was 6 or 7. The T&T is one of the reasons I am a woodyboater! Happy Mothers Day Mom!!
its one of my favorite photos! It says it all!
My wonderful first mate, mother to our daughters and now grandma took our new grandson on his first boat ride yesterday. The little skipper was right at home on the water and took a nap!
Happy Mothers Day to all of the WoodyBoater moms and grandmothers!
A tribute to MOM on the ACBS site.
Now the Picnic basket can been seen at Lake Hopatcong Show, June 23, 2017.
Thank you for saving me $100 this morning!
Happy Mother’s day to my wife, who encouraged me to get into woody boating.
My mother in law is not interested in antique boats, so I bought her an antique chair.
Have her hold some uncooked bacon. Turn off when crisp.
Good snag Robert R! I checked Ebay for the picnic basket (not intending to buy it) and it wasnt there! I figured one of us grabbed it!
Missing my mom today, a real pioneer in the recreational boating craze of the late 40’s early 50’s. While neither my Mom nor Dad every learned how to swim, they enjoyed lakefront living for over 40 years, first in this 14 ft Wolverine (That’s Mom up in the bow in white, and Dad at the helm).
They spent most of those 40 years enjoying puttzin slowly along the shoreline of Belleville Lake, or in their later years, just floating with the wind in the late hot afternoons, in their 24 ft pontoon.
So thanks Mom, for trusting me as a kid to take my various little boats out all day, out of her sight, and not worry, or not showing it…
Had I logged on earlier, Lowell’s picnic basket would be headed for another Red&White. Happy Mother’s Day to all!
It is for my 52 Riviera and 54 Chevy 3100.
