How Are You Spending Your Last Gasp?
Now that the big ACBS International show is over, all that’s left is that last run watching the leaves change. As you all know, or don’t come October we will be celebrating the 3rd annual Hagerty Marine last Gasp Week. Are you planning on having some fun thing to share? We will as always handing out fun awards in the form of a T shirt, hats to the winners. So plan ahead and wow the globe with your last gasp. Below are some of the fun last gasp pics from previous years.

One of my favorite fall shots from the very first last gasp week. I think this may have been the first shot we ever got.
So start thinking about what your entry will be. Its a fun week for sure, at the end, Carla and the official judges here at Woody boater gather and had out an amazing gift to be announced. The event takes place in mid October.
This Saturday the Water Wonderland Chapter will hold their Semi annual Fall River Run north of Grand Rapids Michigan. We have 15 boats pre registered with 40 members coming.
Look forward to some great pictures, but it is a little early for any fall color shots.
Come on out and join us, even if you are not an ACBS Member. Bring that woody or early glassic out and play with us.
As “Last Gasp” approaches, ever increasing trepidation sets in. I can’t help but wonder what I will find on the day of that last run…
I am comforted in the plan that this year we will have Sea-J out for at least 2 more runs. First, the Trent Severn Antique & Classic Boat Associations member cruise this Saturday, and then on October 5th we plan to be with the ACBS Toronto in beautiful Muskoka for a tour of the fall colours.
Who knows after that??? The Greavette is running strong!
Mahogany & Merlot… Lake Chelan, Oct 4-6! 🙂
Dick is spot on, Mahogany and Merlot. Vintage hydros, classic boats and classic cars – come on over to Lake Chelan Oct. 4-6.
