I Can’t Get Started. Maybe It’s My Points?

Well, my wake up at 4AM ritual is over. I got up at 6:30 and funny thing? I am still asleep. Like trying to start an engine that won’t start but ran great 5 minutes ago. I keep just looking at the screen and just started to type my thoughts. Hopefully this will lead to a story. I know I have got some? And I could do more Railway stuff, but even I am burning out of those stories. Dora? This weekend would have been the weekend and I know some are on the River Cruise. Send in a report.

It’s gonna be around 70 here this weekend, so hopefully I can get some boating in and introduce Mr B to some real boating. maybe he can use his leash to tow me in? mmmmmmm, that could be a story. mmmmm, It’s almost like my engine kinda started.. Cough cough..putter putter…… Dead!

St Michaels, great show, found one of my windsheild brackets for my boat there many many years ago,,,,,,,,before I knew Jim Staib.

1. Going to be in the mid-sixties today in Michigan!
2. The ice will soon be gone in upper Michigan. In lower Michigan people are already putting docks in.
3. There’s plenty of toilet paper.
4. Univ. of Michigan made it to the Sweet 16.
5. The 2021 Hessel Boat show is still a go!
6. The boats are fixed, polished and ready to go.
And finally the best news of all – Bells Oberon, a seasonal summer wheat ale, HAS BEEN RELEASED!!!!!!!!
Yup they’re boating in the U P. Or at least breaking ice. Summer Shandy has also been released. And how about that Michigan b ball team. Your right tparson, it’s a good news day😃

Right now the Presque Isle Harbor Wooden Boat Show is a go. One of the best shows of the season. All the plans and events really sound great!
We started ripping the roof off of The Fabulous Moonlite Bay yesterday with plans for a second story bar and deck. We are looking for vintage nautical items to decorate with. John Collier has already offered his 1939 Pumpkin Seed Hydroplane! We Plan to have it all back up and running for The 34th Whitefish Chain Classic Boat Show on June 19th. Spring is here!!

Jim, I’m with you. I was introduced to Spotted Cow at the Lake Geneva Show many years ago. I just wish you could buy that brew in Michigan. When you come back to our Algonac show some day, throw a case I can buy from you in the back of your truck.

Moonlight Bay and it’s annual boat show is located at the head of Cross Lake which is the last lake on the Whitefish Lake chain in north central MN. Great boating.
