It’s Cyber Monday, What Do You Really Want For The Holidays?

Ya really want a new set of gauges? It may be to late to get them done, but a nice gift card from Dale Kocian or Mark Clawson? What about some chrome work done from our pals at Superior Plating?
Yup, it’s that time of year again where you have to rack your brain to buy your loved ones a nice holiday giftaroonie. And for the life of it, you can not figure out what he or she wants since they already have what they want. mmm, Well imagine they are doing the same thing. Even worse, they know that you love your Woody Boat, but have no idea what to get. Really, she is going to buy you that 3 inch copper pipe you wanted? You are so hard to buy for..So, as a public service to all Woody boaters spouses and family, today you get to comment on what you really want for the holidays. Like the newest member of the Woody Boater family. Faribault Woolen Mill Co.

Be specific so they know where to get the stuff. Then tell them.. hey honey, if you are looking for ideas for me for the holidays, Woody Boaters from all over the planet are creating a list, regardless if you have been naughty or nice.

How about a membership to the ACBS or and a local chapter. You, he, she may already be a member of The ACBS, but you can join any local chapter you want.

First I have to say I received my Woodyboater T shirts from my birthday and the “Full Throttle” shirt is now one of my favorites. IT IS A FABULOUS SHIRT, very good quality, right up there with my LG shirts.
I have asked for a pair of Nautique Optix, will have to see what shows up under the tree.
I will say that I love it when I sell Snap-on Tools for christmas. I always know the receiver will be happy.

The best and only thing I am wishing for is a 2014 “Get out of the BRIG free” card from the Admiral.
This, for when (not IF) I make a marine related purchase without a proper requisition put through “channels”.
That Faribault Wool blanket can keep you warm when you’re sleeping on the couch.
It needs the “Woodyboater” logo on it…
Hydro repro Please!!!!
Why a repro and not the original? Is Katz’s not selling it?
For what they will ask you could have three repro’s. Plus I would love to have one with a standard bottom and drop in a small V8…what fun!
Wait a minute… How could Mr. Bone Stock Original Vette and Mr. Perfect-Riva-Restoration-Project want an imitation anything?
Don’t tell me you want a fake AC Cobra too. Say it’s not so. Are you drinking the same UnKool-Aid as MattB?
I don’t care how good they feel, they’re still falsies. Go real deal or go Bayliner.
Wishing for an aluminum fishing boat with an outboard motor. Something simple, with a deck & bench seating & a running motor. Larson or Crestliner? Doubtful that this will be under my tree! But I can wear my t-shirt & sit under the blanket & pretend.
New socks
Send me your address, I have a treat for you!

Ooohhh … Snap on socks … Truly the best socks out there 🙂
You meant to say “new sucks,” right Chad? That was a caged message for MattB and his bent on making a reproduction, right?
32′ X 52′ shop would be nice. I guess if I’m dreaming, might as well make it 40′ X 68′ and full of wood boats. Why dream in black and white when you can dream in color.
If you want to move to Reedville VA, our home on the water is for sale, Two Docks, Boat house, two lifts, home was built in 1925… And…… 30 x 60 wood barn with a covered area of 12X40 next to it. Warm boating 9 months out of the year. Cold boating the other 3. We are going rock fishing next week. Poof it could all be yours.
Sounds perfect and about 3 times (or more) what I could afford. Unfortunately, I’ve got a couple of yrs “catch up” on mine including a $16k siding job that paid me <1% of a class action suit against LP b4 I can even think about selling.
but more realistically, any woody painted from the Doug Meythaler Studio, awesome stuff.
Beer money and varnish, it’s a holiday nog.
Or a gift certificate for one hour of decluttering.
Don’t forget this great gift idea – a beautiful wood fish net to match your beautiful boat!!!!! Hand made on Whidbey Island. $200. Reply for contact info. I noticed these while visiting the island over the holiday – very nice indeed.
The long handled version…
