The Dog Ate My Homework

Oh the humanity

What the hell? I get my Classic Boating magazine and about to dive in, and Poppy decides she wants to read it first, and now last. And yes there is an ironic type metaphor here.

To be more of a detective, it could have been ZIGGY! While everyone is in Japan, eating and petting baby pigs, I am here trying to control these crazy beasts.

The Boatress with a Mocha parfait? I miss her already. Or maybe I miss the Parfait?

Ya step out for 5 minutes, okay  30 minutes. OKAY I went out for an hr,  and come back to this. Only poor Poppy was goofy enough to think this was fun.

NEVER RETURN to the scene of the crime. Ziggy knew this, and was not anywhere to be seen. Mmmmmm

Lets see? Who Loikes to chew on things?

Saw the ad for The Real Runabouts Vol II on the chewed cover. I recently bought an old set of Vol 1 through 5. I looked at what he wrote on the 1930 Model 99 17 footers. He wrote that Chris Craft announced in Power Boating magazine May 1930 that they had designed a neat little 17 ft split cockpit model and included this photograph. My model 99, as the prototype, is the only Model 99 I know of with the forward scoops instead of the circular side vents. The build sheet states it was final inspected on May 6th 1930. I am certain this is the first and oldest photograph of my Model 99 in Real Runabouts vol 1.
