Tomorrow's The Big Day! Are You Ready?

If not, here yago. Print them out, write in your own love words, and bingo, you have made a home made card… Now some of you may think this is a lame thing.. Ahhh hell, I’ve been married for 30 years… I bought her a spatula… Here’s the deal… These are not cards.. They are pawns.. pawns in your chess game.. Trust me.. Give a home made card with a cute wood boat on it… and the topic of how good you are with making things will come up.. And that’s your cue… Ya know dear… I have so much more of me to give to my handy side… Like a wood boat.. there is this one down the street in a garage and it……. Slow down… these are just pawns, not queens…Don’t jump to a specific boat right off the bat… ease into it…. Now for you woody gals, if you already have a nice classic boat… but need a hat .. a nice classic boat hat… Well give this one… The topic of the hat will come up.. and bingo… We just happen to be making some.. Happy Valentines Day weekend. Good luck!

Thanks WoodyBoater. I printed both. Looks like a winner. In the end , maybe I can get that 1965 Larson Fiberglass that sits on the Holsclaw trailer that I need for my 18 footer. I want those shockabsorbers.

I'll be glad when Valentines Day returns to a one day event. Being it's on a Sunday this year has caused it to be a 4-day holiday around here. Beginning Thursday the 2-year-old twin granddaughters were busy making Valentines for their Day-School classmates. The new dining room table became their work shop with paper, glue, glitter, markers and crayons scattered everywhere. Then on Friday afternoon the same table was used to open all of their little bags of sticky Valentine Candy.

It started early today, the 16 year old granddaughter needs something from Walgreen's to finish her Valentine surprise for her boyfriend, G-pa, being the softie, was up early to take her. At 9:30, it's off to deliver Valentines to our other grandchildren, then return home to begin baking Valentine treats for a bake sale at church in the morning. I'll be expected to help.

Some time in all of this I will be expected to come up with a Valentine surprise for my wife. The cards that Woody Boater posted might be the answer to that.

    Al

News Flash, as much money as we spend on theses boats you bet skip the candy and flowers and go get that lates diamond fade neckless she didn't even think you would consider. That way the next 2/3/4/ times the UPS man shows up at your door with a PACKAGE life won't be quite so hard.
