Are you ever alone when Darla is with you?
Stay inside and work? Work on projects around the house? Sit and stare out the window at the birdhouses? Ya.. sure. Okay, I will work, lots of meetings, but there is some time on the old calendar for what we are all here for. Woody Boating. Stinky has been patently waiting since the entire Lake Dora thing to go. I mean GO! And that is what I am going to try and do. I will disinfect her what ever. She is old, over 80, so I want to make sure she is protected.

So no parties on the water, no sitting around with friends, no groups of pals on the boat, wait.. This is not starting to sound like that much fun. I mean the best part of WoodyBoating is the social part. Sure a nice blast of flathead exhaust is great. But after a short while, its just that. No conversations, laughter, and visiting others.

I am so conflicted? Is it worth all the trouble in getting the boat in the water, dealing with all the little issues?

HELL YES! Bite Me! I am gonna go out there Naked, all lathered up in bacon fat, and floor it. I am gonna go deaf listening to that un muffled exhaust and get high on oil fumes.. And LOVE IT! AHHHHH, I feel better just writing this.. I might put on some underwear. Maybe the sweat pants I have been wearing for a month.. Ya.. NOPE.. I am going all fresco! Watch out ladies. And well anyone with good eyesight. One thing is for sure, social distancing will not be a problem.

Raining this morning, but beautiful day yesterday, and splashed Water Lily. First mate and I took a long first ride of the season (with clothing). Best way I know to social distance. Woohoo!

Hi Dave. We are still hoping to do a Port Huron show in September if this virus settles down. Keep Sept. 11-12 open on your calendar.
