This weekend is a very special day for us all here in the United States. We are a diverse group of free thinkers and united by our passions and love of one another. We are not a divided nation. We are better than that. Once you get past the facade of crazy click bait news, and nutso politics, we are good people that all want each other to be happy. Don’t let the divisiveness win over us. I could go on and on about this topic. I grew up with a father who literally worked his entire life on this. And even wrote the book on the subject.

Unfold the flag, fly it proudly.

Not kidding, we are in an information war, and it’s working. I wish he was still around to talk to him about this. I am not posting his name out of respect and his request before he passed away.

We are with you

We do have another enemy within us though, The Virus. And it’s smart, and knows how to mess with our minds as well as well as our lungs. This weekend, please, please, please, practice safeness. Keep apart, WEAR A DAM MASK, and go out on your boat with a bottle of sanitizer , and your hoard of toilet paper, and enjoy all the good gifts mother nature has blessed us with. Embrace each other with a smile and wave. Be kind, and listen to your fellow man. You may find we have more in common together than we do apart.

Just remember this one thought in your head. This Virus doesn’t care about Politics, Weekends, Holidays, Loved Ones, Your Business and Your Sanity. It’s a nasty little bug that is adapting, changing, and killing at an alarming rate. Just because your state says its okay to cram together in that leather bar you like to go to, NO JUDGEMENT HERE… doesn’t mean you will be safe. GET OUT ON YOUR BOAT!  Boat rides unify us, and you may just need to be towed in by someone who thinks differently than you do. And that is what makes us great. Always.
