After two days of moving we are live ish from the new Woody Boater HQ off Massey Creek in Northern VA.

Above is a shot from this morning at low tide. A nice two boat boat house included. All right in the DC area. We still have no web yet. We are broadcasting from the iphone on two bars… the web is being hooked up around 2 today. All went well except one tragedy. The woody boater mobile took on a nail. And no the Harrison’s did not help us move!

Texx is on the road to Amilia Island for the big auction and then Lake Dora. Spring is in the air in woody boaterville!

How do you get a boat out of there at low tide? I think that’s the bottom I am seeing in that shot.

Must be all that lucrative tee shirt money or was it the woody boater subscription fees that put you over the top?

Glad you are closer to DC, that will make life easier. Stickley coffee table? Gotta see that!

NOTHING about “moving to DC could make life easier”!
Looks like great digs though! Very exciting.
Having only “two bars” is only a problem on weekends anyway…I hope.
    Congrats!

Wouldn’t say that flat was a tragedy. That would be defined as being on the road when it flatted, then ruining the tire before you could get speed down and find a place to pull off, then damaging the rim in the process, and getting your $200 Woodyboater jacket stained with road grime, brake dust, then finding your spare is down and can’t get lug nuts loose and then you bust your knuckles while trying to break lug nuts free with that stupid crooked lug wrench they give you while getting mud all over your khakis. That’s how Paul would do it.
