They’re Bustering At The Seams At Katz’s Marina.
Since the Covid crap going on, we have stayed away from visits to our fellow Woody Boaters out there. And super isolated from New Jersey, New York. Heck, at one point I wasn’t allowed to enter and work in NJ. In what is the most densely populated state in our union, I have no problem staying away.
But that hasnt stopped many, many boats from showing up for some much needed work. The Marina is packed. New Bottoms, Service, repairs, and some of that glorious Varnish, being lovingly coated on freshly sanded mahogany.
AHHHHHH, breath in, breath out. Whiff it all in.. The Boatress has her Calgon Bath, I have varnish. Varnish take me away!
I see Ed Andrew’s Holiday in the background. He must have enough frequent flyer miles to get another boat done.
Your KILLING me!
Staying away from NY and NJ was a good idea in March and April, but these days it’s the Midwest you want to avoid. Especially Wisconsin!
This is the heat map as of 11:00 last night per the WSJ:
Every self respecting boat shop has a great dog that gets a lot of positive attention from both employees and customers. It’s part of the formula for success!
See this rock? I could be peeing on your leg too. Always bring treats 🦴🦴
