Watching Them Grow Up – The True Joy Of WoodyBoater.

,

Lily today!

Lily’s first transom shot back then!

Every now and then, I am joyfully reminded why we do WoodyBoater. And today is one of those days. Our annual Lily update. Watching all our families grow up together and continuing the tradition of warm summer smiles and sunsets that our boats absorb is magical!

Go Lily!

It is truly amazing that we have been blessed with the amazing opportunity to watch Lily grow up to a beautiful young lady, and yet, Chads boat looks like the day it was born.

Summer Perfection

Those of you new to WoodyBoater, we have been following Lily since the day she was born and the naming of her boat. Long time fellow WoodyBoater Chad has also shared the birth of his son Cooper. Who is now 4 WOW!

Cooper at the helm!

Chads wonderful summer life

Photos like this are family treasures.

It would be wonderful today to see any great family shots that you have. Share the joy!

Here is a fun story on Lily from 2009!

Unfortunately Uncle Dicky left us for the great marina in the sky this winter. I miss him a great deal.

How wonderful it is to be on the water with the family. It doesn’t get any better than this.

Brenden, 10 at the helm and Henry 3 enjoying their first woody boater experience on Long Lake. All smiles. It helps that the boat gets up and goes. It is all about zipping around the lake at 10 years old. Wooohooo. I didn’t even get a chance to drive. Brenden sat down and said I have dibs on driving. No contest.
